Erin is a lovely woman with a heart of gold. Her passion about her business and her family is so obvious when you meet her.

Here is a little info about Erin before we get to her Mompreneur Feature!

“Hi, My name is Erin and I am consumed with my love for flowers. Their smells that can fill a room, their colors that hit either end of the spectrum, the feeling that they give and the emotions that they can ignite are just a few of the reasons why ourlittleflowercompany exists. My passion started when I was a little girl the moment my first bunch of sweet peas sprouted and I was able to proudly display them on the kitchen table, for all to see. Throughout the years that experience of nursing those seeds into something beautiful led me on my journey into studying Horticulture in school then on to create Our Little Flower Company. Being a mother of the most wonderful little boy really made me realize I needed to follow my dreams and with the love and unconditional support of my amazing husband, I am loving every minute of this adventure.”

Third Semi-Annual Blog Scavenger Hunt

It’s back!! For the third time we’re going to be holding our Semi-Annual Blog Scavenger Hunt! It’s been so much fun in the past and we’ve had such good responses that we can’t wait to hold it again! For those of you who don’t know what it is, just type in “scavenger hunt” in the search bar above to check out past games, prizes and winners… but here’s some details:

On Monday morning (that’s Monday February 6th at 9:00am), I will post a list of 10 questions. These questions will be about posts I have written over the last year. With the details that I give you, you will have to find their particular blog post and retrieve the answer to a question about that post. The answers will have to be exact and no “pretty close” answers will be accepted.

Then, you will compile your answers (listed and numbered 1 to 10) and email them to me at jillian@jilliankirbybaby.com. The first 3 emails I get in my inbox with all the CORRECT answers will win prizes!

What are the prizes you ask!?

Grand Prize: A full session fee, one digital file and one 11×14 Dry Mounted Print of your choice from your session! (Value of $595)

Second Prize: A full session fee and one 11×14 Dry Mounted Print (Value of $345)

Third Prize: A full session fee  (Valued at $225)

These prizes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. The prizes are transferable and can be given as a gift. The prizes must be used towards a baby session (one year and younger). Prizes are dependent on availability. Sessions must take place in my Langley, BC studio. Prizes must be redeemed before December 31st, 2012. Expect to book your session 2-3 months in advance. Any additional prints, digital files or products can be purchased at regular pricing.

Just to give you a heads up…. last time we held this contest back in June, the winner submitted her answers within 5 minutes of the questions going live!! And all three winners had their answers submitted within 55 seconds of each other…. so be ready at 9am on the 6th! See ya there!

From the moment this little guy walked in, he completely stole my heart!! Look at this little face!! Just the sweetest… but more importantly, he had the most adorable little personality that one just can’t help but fall in love with. I adored all the little faces that he gave me and we had such a great time at the session. Thank you to Zach’s mommy for bringing him for the morning!
