I’ve said it before, but I absolutely LOVE when my clients come back to me with baby #2 or #3 or #4 and so on…. to me, it’s just such a compliment. It means they liked what I did the first time and are entrusting me with these moments for a second time. That’s pretty awesome. I photographed older sister Kayla just over two years ago…. can’t believe it’s been that long. And when she walked in to the studio today I just melted at the gorgeous little lady she has become.
But let’s talk about little Mr. Wyatt for a minute. Wyatt is 4 weeks old… yes 4 WEEKS old!!! That’s a tough age because normally babies that age are a lot more aware of their surroundings to the point that they don’t want to be bugged while sleeping anymore and they DEFINITELY don’t want to be posed all cute. They usually just want to be left alone and as a result a newborn session can be quite trying for everyone involved, especially the little one.
I always explain that to my clients that come in with their babies over two weeks of age but Wyatt made me look like I was new to the scene! He slept the entire time and let me do whatever I pleased without so much as a peep!
