Miles and Hazel

This gorgeous set of newborn baby twins came to see me when they were already 6 weeks old! Normally that is a VERY tough age to photograph, and while not impossible, it can be difficult to capture sleepy, serene shots like what you see on my blog with one baby… let alone twins! Not these two! They proved me wrong in every way. Hazel and Miles were sleepy and cooperative and didn’t mind me posing them while they slept… they were an absolute dream to photograph!

Thank you to Sarah of Silver Lamb Studios… once again, she acted as my second pair of hands while posing… Thanks Sarah!

Cash

Don’t you LOVE his name!?! Oh I just love his name… and his little face!! He just had the most sweetest, serene looks. Cash’s daddy went to school with me “back in the day” and it’s been a long time since I’ve seen him (I’m not saying how long!!). ;)  It was so great to catch up and hear about what’s been happening in their lives… most importantly the birth of this gorgeous little man. So great to see you both D and D!

Mentoring ~ One-on-One In Studio

Hey all! I just wanted to quickly post a few from my last mentoring session. This amazing woman, Heather Olson, came to me all the way from Georgia and it was such a pleasure spending the day with her! We took the morning to work on posing and had two baby models in the studio helping us out with that. We then broke for lunch and headed in to the afternoon chatting about business, pricing and policies. All in all, the day went fabulously and it was so great to get to know Heather. Here are just a couple images from our morning together. Thank you so much Heather for making the trip!!

Nathan

This session was so much fun! Not only was Nathan a dream baby to work with, his big sister was just a riot! She’s just one of those kiddos that you can help but love… and so is he! So charming and endearing and he barely opened his eyes. Just loved having them in my studio that day!

Neshaun

Little Neshaun is not so little!! This sweet guy was enormous and had the longest fingers and toes I’ve seen in awhile…. quite a feat as his momma was one tiny gal. Putting him in her arms was slighly humorous at how long he was compared to her arm span… but boy did he snuggle in there just perfect. Thanks H family for coming by!
