This little guy was sooooo charming! With the gorgeous eyes and the contagious smile… I just wanted to photograph him all day long! 6 months old is THE PERFECT age to come in and get shots done after the newborn session. Edward is a member of the Bambino program and was last in when he was newborn. His image now graces the entrance wall of the studio. It’s been so nice to watch him grow!

I’ve been restructuring my One-on-One Mentoring program lately… it’s going to be all new with some great online elements for those of you that don’t want to/can’t travel. It’s taking me a while to implement it but I’m hoping it’s worth the wait! 
Karin is one of the last photographers to come in and get the current version of the mentoring system and it was so great to have her there for the morning and go over the proper techniques and safety issues of posing a newborn baby. She is so inspired and so full of ideas and it’s wonderful being around people like that. It’s contagious!

Brothers…. I once heard a quote: ” I’m better than a super hero, I’m a big brother”.
And I always thought it was so sweet. So I’m so happy for little Matthew that he now has Ian in his life. Matthew was my little newborn client two years ago and now his equally adorable little brother was in for his turn.
Ian was so darling and such a good little model and as always, it was so good seeing his mommy and daddy in the studio again!
I have had so many gorgeous mommas-to-be through the studio lately. It’s definitely different from photographing newborns… with babies, I am definitely not in charge in any way shape or form. The baby is calling the shots and we go at his/her pace and do exactly as she/he says!
So it’s a nice change of pace having a model that takes instruction! hahah!

I don’t know what it is about this year, I just can’t seem to keep up with my blogging. Well hold on to your seats… this week is going to be a flurry of blog posts trying to post some of the beautiful people that have graced the studio over the past couple weeks!
First up, Isabel! You may remember her sweet face from her newborn session… such a little doll! It was so great to see her family again!
