On 08/08/07 I started this little business/dream of mine. Back then, if you’ve been following me all this time, I was Jillian Kirby Photography. I photographed ANYTHING that happened to stroll in front of my camera…. just looking to pay my dues and learn as much as I possibly could by doing (aka practicing and driving my family and friends NUTS!).
So on August 8th, I took the dive and legally became a business. That first year was hard… crazy stressful… TOTALLY worth every minute! Lucky for me I had the support of my amazing husband, and honestly if it wasn’t for him, I probably wouldn’t be here… honestly! There were so many times when I was ready to throw in the towel (business and that sort of thing don’t come easy to me and it was quite frustrating at times… I just wanted to take pretty pictures! 
But my husband pushed me to keep going and follow my dreams and for that, I will ALWAYS be so grateful.
As the last few years have passed, my business has taken on a few different models and all have been wonderful and taken me to the next level. Now, three years later, I’m so thankful for how fast my business has grown and sooooo very appreciative to each and every single client that has passed through my studio. Thank you for the faith you gave me and the trust you lent me to capture the very precious moments of your children’s lives! I hope I can continue to do so as the time goes on.
