This post is a bit of a story… because I photographed Miss Lyla’s big sister as a newborn two years ago. I just love watching my families grow and expand and it’s so humbling when they choose to have me back to document the next addition. Like Lyla’s momma said “what you do for one, you have to do for the other!”. I’m so glad she thinks that way because it was so much fun visiting with big sister Roya again!
I first met Roya in 2008 when she was only a few days old… “Roya the Pooper” we termed her (for obvious reasons! lol). Then in 2009 when Roya was one, the P family had me back to photograph her toddling around. Now, in 2010 I’m so pleased to come back and meet Lyla. They are both just gorgeous girls and I feel so great to be a small part of it all!

I did place the pictures chronologically backwards but that’s cause I wanted to compare the two baby pictures… do you see any resemblance between the sisters?!
