Meet Miss Vanessa… my first newborn of 2010! And what a way to start off the year! It was so nice to come and see the G family again (I shot their maternity session back in November). This session was packed full of challenges… challenges are usually bad for me, but VERY good for mommy and daddy!! 
For instance, Miss Vanessa was not an OUNCE sleepy!! Bad for me… good for momma who will get a good night’s sleep tonight!! ha ha! Miss Vanessa was also sooo unbelievably strong! This little girl was having nothing to do with folding her legs and she was holding her head up and would NOT rest it on mommy’s shoulder for anything! Again, bad for me… amazing for mommy and daddy who have a gorgeous, smart and strong little addition to their family!
Despite these little challenges, Vanessa slept for about 10 minutes for us and we managed to snag a couple photos! Thanks so much G family, for a lovely morning!!
And of course, during the feedings and cuddlings and attempts to get Miss Vanessa to sleep, I got to play with sweet little Eva! Gosh I love this little girl!! She is just the sweetest thing ever. I laughed so hard when she came up to me while I was photographing her little sister and apologized that Vanessa had no teeth! HA!!
